Ricky Lesmana

Ricky began his career not in IT but in international trade at one of Indonesia's largest paper companies, PT Tjiwi Kimia, handling markets across the Middle East, Africa, and India. That experience built an essential foundation: understanding how a real business operates, beyond the computer screen.

His transition into enterprise IT took him to PT Virtus Technology Indonesia, a leading enterprise IT distributor in Indonesia, as Territory Account Manager. There he served clients in manufacturing, ports, and BUMN — designing solutions spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services from global principals.

Years of technical sales in the East Java market revealed a recurring pattern: mid-market companies and public institutions in and around Surabaya needed enterprise-grade IT, yet most large integrators ran it from Jakarta. Response times lagged. Engagement was limited. Local business context was often misunderstood.

INDITAMA was founded to close that gap — combining tier-1 enterprise methodology with a presence that is genuinely local: not sales that occasionally fly in from Jakarta, but a team based in Surabaya that understands East Java business and takes full responsibility for every project.

Ricky is also completing a Master of Management with a concentration in Corporate Entrepreneurship at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya — integrating strategic and entrepreneurial thinking into how INDITAMA is built and run.
